Niki works with growers, processors and distributors of agri-food products on various quality assurance programs and food safety initiatives, and oversee AgraPoint's Quality and Food Safety Division.
She consults companies across many food sectors including red meat and poultry / eggs, beverages, fruit and vegetable, fish and seafood, grain handling, feed mills, snack foods, and primary producers in the area of food quality and safety initiatives
Clients utilize Niki for training plan development, auditing, technical services and HACCP, GFSI, OFFS, QMP, enabling them to move forward with food safety and quality assurance programs.
As a key member of the training team, she deliversrs training programs in the areas of OFFS, HACCP and GFSI including Plant Sanitation.
She is also a 3rd party auditor for the Guelph Food Technology Centre certification body which includes Quality and Food Safety systems audits through all sectors of the seafood and food industries. Niki completes approximately 30 audits per year for GFTC customers such as Costco, BK, Loblaws, Sobeys and Sysco. She received certification as a third party auditor for BRC food safety/quality assurance program (July 2010) and recently received SQF Auditor training.
