Jessica services New Brunswick from a home-based office in Sussex. She uses a common sense approach to assist clients in the development, implementation and maintenance of their food safety and quality programs, HACCP verification and reassessments, and general HACCP/Food Safety issues and troubleshooting.
She has completed food safety/quality programs (HACCP, SQF, BRC) in many commodities, including meat processing, cold storage, nuts/fruits, produce wholesale, potato packing, bioactive extract, confection products, bakery products, food contact surfaces (wood and plastic), baby food and spices. She assists in 3rd party audit preparations, can develop SQF/BRC Programs to satisfy GFSI and has experience with microbiological sample collection and testing, and the CVS Inspection Program.
As a trainer, she has delivered both AgraPoint-developed and Guelph Food Technology Centre training courses on HACCP principles and programs, as well as other quality control policies, with a special emphasis on customized, private training. Jessica is bilingual, and can service clients' quality and food safety needs in both official languages. |
