AgraPoint offers a variety of sensory evaluation services to support new product development, product reformulation, and comparisons with competing products.

Services include:

• consumer preference/acceptance testing where consumers rate how much they like samples
• descriptive testing using a trained sensory panel to identify differences in attributes such as colour, flavour and texture, among samples
• focus groups
• home use tests

Sensory evaluation is conducted using the facilities at Acadia University's Centre for the Sensory Research of Food which includes Compusense® software to collect and statistically analyze data.
