What is the cancellation policy?

Since we make decisions on whether or not to hold sessions based on the number of registrants, it is very important that you register by the registration deadline.

If you have registered, paid, cannot attend the session and have given us notice of cancellation before the registration deadline, we will provide a full credit to be used toward other sessions we are offering or a full refund.

If unforeseen circumstances, such as a severe illness, death in the family or severe weather, make it impossible for you to attend, and you have alerted us after the registration deadline has passed, a 75 per cent refund will be issued.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations after the registration deadline without just cause (see above).

What if a course is cancelled?

These decisions will be made right after the registration deadline. Every means possible will be used to notify registrants of the cancellation. In these cases we will provide a full credit to be used toward other sessions we are offering or a full refund.

Can we substitute who can attend?

Yes. Please make every effort to alert us at (902) 678-7722 or foodsafety@agrapoint.ca This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it as soon as you know substitutions may be taking place.

Are receipts issued?

Yes. All registrants will receive a receipt of payment.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes. A 10% discount of the total group enrolment fee will be offered if a group of three or more register for the same course from the same company. Attendance is necessary to maintain the group rate status.

Are accommodations, travel and meals included?

No. These are the responsibility of the registrants.

What time do courses start/end?

Each course day begins at 8:30 AM and ends at 4:30 PM.

What do I need to bring?

Each participant will be expected to bring an open mind and a sense of humor for a jammed packed agenda.
