You need JavaScript enabled to view it   Lynne has over 15 years experience in corporate communications and marketing. As Director of Marketing and Communications she develops and manages AgraPoint's corporate marketing initiatives and develops marketing strategies for clients. She also manages special projects and corporate events and supports the overall communications, marketing and graphic design needs for our extension work. Lynne's previous positions have included Director of Communications for the Nova Scotia Department of Education, Manager of Communications for the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and Senior Communications Officer for Saskatchewan Justice. She was marketing, media and programme director for Agrifest in 2004 and 2006 and counts the Atlantic Outstanding Young Farmer Program, governments, provincial and national commodity associations and agri-businesses among her client base.   Most recently she was organizer of the Atlantic Cranberry Conference (2010); Dairy Focus (2010); the Nova Scotia Agricultural College's Atlantic Agricultural Forum (2010); and the Nova Scotia Fruit Growers Association AGM (2009). Lynne has a Journalism degree from Carleton University, an Executive Marketing Certificate from St. Mary’s University and recently earned her Certificate in Adult Education from Dalhousie University to support her work in developing needs assessments, adult extension programming, facilitated sessions and evaluation strategies.
