AgraPoint’s goal in all projects is to seamlessly execute a process that ends in positive results for our client. The best feedback we can get is that clients have enjoyed the experience, feel connected to what we are doing for them and see real value for their investment. Step 1: Initial Consultation and Needs Assessment We’re generous with our time and knowledge even before you decide to hire us. We feel this helps us better understand your needs. We’re genuinely interested in your goals and vision, and taking time at this phase means we can provide more effective solutions by truly understanding what you need. Step 2: Proposal We don’t believe proposals need to be long and wordy. Whether formal or just a simple ‘confirmation of work’ e-mail, this step seeks to clarify what was discussed in Step 1 and what we’re going to deliver for you and by when. This step also clarifies the commitment from you to ensure the project is successful. Step 3: Implementation and Delivery This is where we ensure we do what we said we would, on time and hopefully to a higher standard that you had anticipated. Communication and reporting, whether formal or informal, is a key part of our comprehensive project management process. We also encourage anyone who works with us to contact us at anytime. We’re your advisors and here for you. Step 4: Follow-up and Evaluation We like to do an informal check-in midway through a project with a formal written evaluation of our services encouraged when the project is completed. AgraPoint has always encouraged constructive feedback and will always appreciate it so we can continuously improvement how we work. We are also committed to on-going followup and ensure it is done whenever necessary given the project scope and nature. "Our involvement with AgraPoint has been a very beneficial and professional experience for our organization. Working with the AgraPoint team provides smaller businesses or organizations the opportunity to benefit from a variety of resources and professional expertise that may not be available to them otherwise. We will definitely continue our working relationship with AgraPoint in the future." Brian Newcombe, Chairman Atlantic Outstanding Young Farmers |
